Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted on full priced items within 14 days upon receiving the item.

Your item(s) must meet the below requirements in order to be approved for a refund.

• Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Undergarments must be worn when trying on items.

• Item(s) must be returned in its original packaging, unworn, unwashed and must have the hygiene seal intact.

All return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

Please note, sale items are not eligible for returns. This includes any order with a discount applied.

We highly recommend shipping your parcel back via trackable mail as we are not liable for returns lost in transit.

Damages and issues

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email info@maevswim.com with your order number and a photo of the item within 14 days of receipt. If confirmed as faulty, a replacement or refund will be issued.

Refunds 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to complete the refund.
